Thanks. Figured as much. I’ll have to wait for my wife to wake up, so I can dig them out of the closet. I think I paid around $200 back then. Have always held on to hope it wasn’t a monumentally stupid purchase, but I’m guessing it was
Thought maybe they had found Brian alive with multiple pages added since my last trip into this thread. somehow the actual reason for the active thread was worse than my initial thought
Alright I've leaned into this too far to turn back at this point. Says Hexalite on the back. On the tag I see RB 903 FLU 4-361022. Don't see them on StockX or anywhere really. Pictured below
That's the Omni Lite "Knicks." Nothing in stockx. One pair on ebay for $500 but ebay is shit and people list for stupid prices. No clue on actual value. I'd guess $100-$200.
I'd like to buy a pair of sneakers if it helps make the same group of suspects continue to have a bad time with what other people are doing
Somehow completely missed this https://www.mysuncoast.com/2022/06/24/laundries-notebook-reveals-rambling-apologies-regrets/
TLDR: he claims she fell in the stream and was seriously hurt, so he killed her to ease her of her pain.
Sounds like a word salad to make himself sound better to his parents and people who know him. I’m sure he believed while he was writing that, that people would read that and feel sorry for him.
Details are fuzzy, but is there a legit case there? I remember cops pulling them over and having them spend a night apart and the cops seemed pretty solid in that interaction. Not much else they could do there.
Yea I remember watching it but I don't recall thinking the cops had fucked up. Iirc she said she'd hit him and the cops made them spend a night in different hotels to cool off and then both wanted to continue on together. I mean I'm not a fan of cops but not sure what else they can do there.
Can’t wait for The Daily Wire to come out with the Brian Laundrie story, the masses needs to be educated on the dangers of canceled culture.
I didn't watch the whole video so I don't have a strong take but the clips I saw seemed fine. For those that did watch it all was she obviously in distress and he ignored it?
Iirc they split them up for the night and took them to different hotels. I don't recall her saying he was abusing her? I don't remember thinking there was much else the cops could have done and I don't even like cops.
They took the side of the guy acting like he was being abused by a 75 pound 22 year old female, it was a classic case of domestic abuse they just missed
The cop actually points out a bruise on her face and her arm, which he points out are the types of bruise that you get when someone hits you.
an absolute shitload. The firm I used to work at personally cost florida taxpayers 10s of millions of dollars in legal fees to defend against our lawsuits before we even got to the payouts (which were far less than the legal fees). There are hundreds of law firms and thousands of lawyers whose sole book of business is defending lawsuits against the police.
