flowers has been trending up in a lot of pre-draft stuff - including as WR2 from pff - but he's measured in at just 5'9 at the shrine bowl
Darnell Jefferson’s fumbling problem makes him a fourth rounder at best. I too would love Darnell Washington in Cincy.
Darnell is one of the more fascinating prospects in a while. I’m convinced you could turn him into an elite LT if he wanted to do it.
I, for one, would be very happy for a dumb GM to take AR before pick 10 and will award Boo a like for every post he’s made in defense of his horribly flawed QB if it happens
Lots of people projecting the Bengals to take a TE. Are there no good options at OL where they’ll pick?
They'll need one regardless, but OL remains the need. That said, for all the comments about the OL in the thread last night, not much mention was given to there being three starters out last night, including both tackles. There aren't many lines in the NFL that can perform at a high level with 60% of the staters out, including both edges. It still needs to be addressed, but they hit it pretty hard last offseason. After developing some coherence a couple games in, they performed much better. Burrow was sacked 70 times in 21, and that dropped to 41 in 22. They just hit a shitty string of injury luck down the homestretch.
Art Briles system would have destroyed PFFs algorithm. They’d have had Bryce Petty as the number 1 pick and Lache Seastrunk as the 6th pick. Also, art Briles is in hell
