Good for that one dude I'll overspend on dumb shit with the best of them, a $29 undershirt that appears to be wal-mart level thin...I'm good.
I’m open to suggestions for a shirt that doesn’t show the sleeves (not a wife beater) or the collar under a t shirt. Want something to keep my pits from soaking my nice t shirts. No Hanes I’ve seen is cut right.
Having a flash back to late 90’s with a crisp white T collar popping out from underneath a billabong logo’d t with a puka shell necklace to tie the whole vibe together
I went into the Vuori brick & mortar store today to try on a bunch of stuff so I could order through my friend. I'm 6' 175lbs with short legs. Typically wear 31W/30L. I love the Trail for the gym. 6.5" inseam works well and the liner is comfortable. I tried the Ponto short with the DreamKnit fabric. May be the softest material I've ever felt. Gonna get a couple pair for lounging. I suggest looking here https://vuoriclothing.com/collections/shorts so you can quickly compare the inseams of all their shorts. The Sunday Performance Jogger in size M is what I've had for a couple years. I wear them to the store/gym/lounging around. As with the Ponto short above, I also tried the Ponto Performance Jogger. Same DreamKnit material. Unreal soft. Gonna get two pairs. The Aim Pant seemed great. Versatile. Unfortunately they only come in 32" inseam and I'm not getting them tailored. The MetaPant had limited options in 30" inseam. I tried on a few polos and tees as well. Zephyr polo seemed way too thin. The Tuvalu and Tradewind Performance Tee were nice.
I switched to merino for my undershirts. Got a few on Amazon initially. No more pit issues. In terms of cut, I can’t help there.
I once saw a guy wearing three different color polo shirts, each with a different level of collar popped per layer Man that guy thought he was cool
Any audiophiles reside itt or is there a better thread for it? Looking at picking up a turntable. Currently looking at Denon & Andover. Are those decent units in that particular price range?
Not trying to be a party pooper but from what I’ve read nothing is mastered in analog any more, so your aren’t getting a “closer experience” like some people say, since the master is actually digital. if you are just in to the analog sound, so be it, but wanted to flag that.
To me, nothing can top the crackling and imperfections of vinyl. I am not a huge fan of overly-produced sounds so vinyl plays right into that.
Anyone have a good wallet rec? Need to replace my trifold costsanza wallet with something much smaller/more convenient to carry around
I've been looking for a lightweight hoodie that isn't 100 bucks. Ordered a couple of the 32 degrees ones an they are amazing. https://www.32degrees.com/products/mens-cool-ls-hooded-pullover?variant=31396055285849 Also tried these shorts from academy that appear to be knock off birddogs/chubbies. Got a couple more pairs and they are all I wear now. 29 bucks. Everything I've bought from this brand has been awesome. https://www.academy.com/p/row-mens-jason-woven-shorts?sku=pelican-large
I can’t find a good reason to use anything other than this cheap $10 money clip type deal. The rubber band usually breaks after a couple years and I just get a new one. I also end up using the built-in “tools” way more often than I ever though I would. https://www.amazon.com/Nite-Ize-FMT2-01-R7-Financial-Wallet-Black/dp/B01N1UY5TJ
I had a Mitchell, but my dog ate it, and I didn't feel like spending the money on another. I'm just using some cheap wallet I think I got from Target now.
Mine is somewhere more than 5, less than 10. Best and only wallet I'll ever own. Almost tempted to order a backup in case they go out of business before mine starts to deteriorate.
I carry other shit in my front pockets. Can’t sit on the bifold so I’m forced to wear cargo shorts and pants.
i always rec them when this topic comes up but i love the tanner goods bifold https://www.tannergoods.com/collections/utility-bifolds had some friends over for dinner last week and all of us had this same wallet in different colors
I bought my dog a tanner collar based on your recommendation. He passed last year but his collar is still in its normal spot with his leash. It always got lots of compliments when we took him for a walk.
