First time smoking a meatloaf today and I am a huge fan. A little over 4 hours at 225 and it’s fantastic. Sauce was ketchup, Jack Daniels, brown sugar, and red pepper flakes. Pretty easy to do and I highly recommend.
If you want me to DM you copy of the direct recipe let me know. It's made for St. Louis spare ribs, but time can get altered for baby back ribs. I've done it a few times and it's always good.

Yes. If a date could be nailed down that would be great. So 2 weeks from today exactly is Father’s Day and I am probably out. The Saturday right before is a possibility. 15 days from today is a Monday and I am out as well. Also, some people mean 2-3 if it is a few. I JUST NEED CLARIFICATION JOE STOP BUSTING MY DAMN CHOPS.

I would not add raisins. The nuts give you that textural element (with more crunch) and broccoli slaw eats different than broccoli salad.
