    The Chicago guys stuff is pretty much all I listen to these days and that was an interesting listen. I've always really liked Chief so it was interesting to hear him reach a tipping point and air the dirty laundry.

    I actually enjoy KFC. Happy for him that he made 15-16m off that Penn deal.

    Rone, Sas, KFC, Fiets, Francis, Kate...still some talent there. But I think Chicago is going to be the place in very short order.

    I guess I haven't paid close enough attention. I figured Rone & Kate would stay due to being so close to Philly. But that probably drives home the point further- NYC office is a sinking ship.

    That's pretty naïve and dumb, but I get it.

    I built a house two years ago and never factored in things like cost of a yard, irrigation system, landscaping, deck, patio, etc.
