I can't find the original Blue Bell thread surrounding the same conundrum I am currently facing (deleted in the crash) so I figure a new one would be appropriate. Apparently Listeria has been found at Blue Bell again: http://news.yahoo.com/ice-cream-maker-blue-bell-reports-listeria-found-203740414--sector.html Still have all my Blue Bell in the freezer including the vintage Butter Pecan. And I'm still not sure if I should risk it moving forward. I think I will await more details on this latest incident. My freezer which is currently unchanged since the last crisis:
do you really have ~20 containers of ice cream in your freezer? do you collect it like wine and not eat it? weird
BLUE BELL IS TRYING TO KILL THEIR CUSTOMERS IF YOU EAT BLUE BELL YOU HAVE A DEATH WISH just wanted to beat ark to the thread
I mean yeah it was really dumb but it’s just a teenager. We all did stupid shit luckily we didn’t have so much social media
devine actually used to fingerblast the cows responsible for producing the dairy that made the ice cream
"If you don't think vandalizing $5 worth of ice cream is bad, you should think about that time 7 people were murdered." That is a good point.
Hear me out, it’s actually okay that Blue Bell’s listeria outbreak killed three people because corporations are nice. But the person responsible for this deserves life in prison.
Maybe those dipshits at Blue Bell should look at better securing their product. I don’t think I’ve ever seen ice cream that didn’t have a seal on it. What kind of bullshit is this?
It's either a protective layer of plastic or a few more grams of sugar. Southerners have made their choice
