im surprised that people haven’t overpaid for more Liverpool backups this summer. I guess the teams most susceptible getting relegated likely doesn’t help
I think Nat proved he was capable last season. I expected him to go pretty quickly this window and am kind of surprised he didn't. I assume we're stuck with Origi until his contract expires
United fleeced Leeds. Dan James had zero moments much less games where he looked like more than a championship / bottom 6 prem winger.
The money being discussed for Dan james is madness. I know Leeds wanted him before he moved to United but there are so many better options in France and Spain available for cheaper
If SNL did a skit on shows like this it could never be close to as outrageous as this show manages to be on a nightly basis
•12m ago Chelsea actively working to sign Saul on loan Chelsea are actively working to sign Atletico Madrid’s Saul Niguez on a season-long loan with an option to buy. The 26-year-old midfielder is under contract at Atletico, the only club he has ever played for, until 2026. Saul has fallen down the pecking order at Atletico. He played 33 games last season as Atletico won La Liga, scoring two goals. But Diego Simeone's side have signed Rodrigo de Paul this summer, who plays in central midfield. For big moves between the biggest teams, yes, I would agree. In the amount of overall movement, it feels quiet.
