This is my only gripe right now, minus some inconsistency where we just go flat in spurts. We of course told Scottie he can run point, which works with MJ at the 2, but he isn't going to be running Point in the NBA and if he's running free off the ball he's dangerous.
Nice game. We got bad Devon Daniels at the wrong time but you guys made the plays to win it. Was impressed with Honor and Hall.
It was an entertaining game. DIdn't think we'd get a chance when you guys went up by several possessions there, especially with Simms being a no show. Honor has been clutch the last few games. Looks like we don't play again unless we meet in the ACC tournament though.
It’s a Nole world until someone takes it from Leonard’s cold, remarkably smooth for his age, dead hands.
We're up to #4 in the RPI . I look forward to us losing in embarrassing fashion as is typical for Clemson basketball.
Lol at us not being in the top 25 because we missed 15 days. UCF is a bad loss, but that night was their night. Clemson loss was at their place and bullshit with the foul differential We're here to fuck shit up again and stay your champs I reserve the right to take this post back after our next loss
I think FSU is one of the top 25 teams in the country, but I don't think it was absurd for them to be unranked entering that Louisville game, and I wouldn't blame the long stretch off either, as otherwise someone like Saint Louis would have dropped out. FSU had a few decent wins at home (Indiana, Florida, UNC, maybe NC State if I'm being generous), but not one of those teams are teams that I'd consider tourney locks by any stretch, and that UCF loss was ugly. I think FSU is a better team than Missouri or UCLA, but I don't think they had the wins yet to be ranked ahead of those teams, and at this point in the season, resume would win out for me. It's a different story now with the Louisville win, even if I'm not sure how good Louisville really is. If they can take care of against Clemson (who I think is a step up from Louisville) on Saturday, I'd imagine they would leap up into the top 20, and they should be ranked ahead of teams like Saint Louis, Missouri, or UCLA at that point.
However, even beating Clemson, FSU will still fall in the ESPN BPI by 40 spots because in 2016 Clemson lost to a team that wasn't very good.
Team should be recognized some how. We may not have won it all, but it was probably the best chance we were ever going to have and it got taken away from them due to something beyond anyones control. No one is claiming a championship. A lot of of people don't realize how shitty and irrelevant this program was.
We usually hang banners for the teams that make the Tourney Because we arent a program with a ton of nice shiny things in it's history Also I'm not sure we've had more than a handful of top 5 finishes So yeah, hang the banner
