"Well, forgive me, but historically speaking, when I am betrayed, it's usually you" what a great line
Brian Cox is just the best. I love when he gets that John Malkovich look on his face. “I’ll eat your sausage, Tom.”
Tried to watch it. Think it would do much better as a serious show. I think it's interesting but the humor they try to add in makes it cringe worthy. For example, when her fiance proposes while dad is dying in the hospital. His while character is just over the top. It's not funny it's just embarrassing. I like the idea of a global media conglomerate whose patriarch passes away and the family political structure and in fighting etc. But the humor element sometimes is over the top and just doesn't work. Don't plan to continue watching. I think I'm 2 or 3 episodes in.
The humor is probably my favorite part of the show. I hate/love all the characters because they're so ridiculous, but I also imagine that's how people like that act.
i love that they fucked with the audience by having the bald cat outside the door when roman went looking for jerri also good god was the dinner scene uncomfortable
Enjoyed the tension of the episode. Thought it was one of the better ones of the series. However idk that we really need this merger drama to continue into multiple episodes, but at this point I trust the show to make it work.
Did they ever say the name of the guy who shot himself in last week’s ep? I assume it was the guy Tom was putting his feet on, but wasn’t sure.
Man is Logan such an amazing dick. You'd think I'd tire of his mind games against his children but its super fun to watch. Poor Tom getting the blame for everything, looks like next week will be a heavy Tom episode and I'm very excited. Hope more Cousin Gregory now too.
I just started the show and I am two episodes in so I'm glad I am not the only one who doesnt find any of the characters likable. Especially Greg.
Still enjoying the show. I know they’re all worth billions but can’t help but feel bad for a few of the kids when their dad just straight up makes them look like a bitch in front of everyone. Shiv’s range of emotions this ep. were pretty ridiculous.
"keep clean this weekend, eh killer" Should barely register with all the shit Logan does but I chuckled.
All the critical opinions in this thread are fucking shit, and the authors of those opinions should be embarrassed. This show is incredible.
She definitely has some thickness....and I love it. She's been fine as hell this season (pic below from last season tho). The internet has noticed. 33 Posted by u/dbcooper_is_alive 1 year ago Shiv has a nice butt. Seriously, she is thicc and I couldn't keep this to myself. I've been thinking that too. I'm also pretty sure I know how the show is going to end. Spoiler Shiv is being used the exact same way that Kendall was rn. That's clearly going to end just as terribly. Then maybe Roman will go through the same thing. And eventually Greg will be the protege and being the awkward devious dufus that he is, he's gonna fuck around and take control from Logan, possibly with the full support of Logan's kids. jmo
I liked S1 Shiv a little better. Before they really polished her. Tom and Greg are top tier. Big Stewie fan. Roman is the best sibling. Connor can get fucked. I just watched the whole thing in like 3 days.
Connor is amazing. They’re all amazing. I can’t believe how much negativity there is in here towards this show. It’s incredible.
