Wife and I finished it a couple weeks ago...it's great. It's not quite as good as the first season of Stranger Things but it's not far off either imo.

Been a fan of ZZ Top since the early 70s. Just watched their documentary and enjoyed it. Learned some things about their beginning. I didn't know Frank Beard got so heavy into hard drugs. Saw them once in Little Rock where 2 roadies literally carried him to his drum set. When they started playing, he was right in time. The fucking 70s.

 

what did you think was going on?

 

I knew he was fucked up then, or pretty drunk. In the show, he talked about shooting up LSD and heroin, and doing a lot of coke. Told a story about getting a check for $72,000, and spending the whole thing on drugs.

I finished up love is blind. Kelly is just as crazy as Jessica lol. Two women who can’t get out of their own way.

 

Carlton had a lot of hope if he made it to the island. Too bad. Can’t wait for another season

 

I looked up all these contestants after all the talk about this show. I had no idea it was all Atlanta people, and I actually know Kelly. She’s not crazy. Though her Facebook stories are too much, as she’s balls deep in life coaching, which I assume is just another MLM.

 

Billy Gibbons is so very cool

 

Legs, although the somewhat cheesy lyrics, is such a fucking good song.

Spencer Confidential was ok. If you got nothing else to watch it’s fun enough. Cheesy at moments, but not bad

 

I'd liked to see an entire set from that place where set up in. Really great job on the sound.

 

Just finished the reunion episode of Love Is Blind and was surprised we don’t have a dedicated thread.

 

I usually hate renovation shows, and I actually loathe HGTV, however I really enjoyed "Restaurants on the Edge". It has a Bourdain or Bizarre Foods feel in that they get a feel for the culture of the place they are in. Give it a shot, it's a great show if you want something on, but don't want to give your full undivided attention.

 

I threw in the towel when that lawyer started talking about his daddy issues

If by better you mean more infuriating then yes.

 

After I liked The Stranger I started watching the other Harlan Coben shows. Safe was good and watching The Five now

 

Sounds like I made the right decision
