Republican motherfuckers helped bail out Kyle Rittenhouse didn’t they? It’s just mind-blowing the mental gymnastics they do to justify their insane positions in life.
cash bail is a stupid fucking concept "well we think you should be locked up, but if you can pay us a lot of money then we no longer have any concern for the time being"
We aren’t sure the aclu is covering all of his legal expenses and the bail project paid for his bail so it’s in limbo I think we may have to refund everyone’s money
Ok, are you able to provide some more detail as to why? Possible someone here has an idea or contact who could help.
gofundme is pretty tight with these things due to fraud. can 100% see them thinking the money raised going directly to hervis was not how the fundraiser was initially constructed so you can't do it.
Because we raised money to help bail him out of prison, and then tried to say well now it’s legal fees and both of those are already handled it’s basically out of my hands at this point my bet is that we have to refund the money
I would be fine giving him a clemson sized bag but I doubt that’s going to happen when it’s official I may just start a GoFundMe that goes directly to him
We got right at $149k at one point and then it went down. Now down to $143k? Is that them taking fees out or something? I noticed foe a while it bounced between $148k and $149k for like a week.
Gallant Knight I know you haven't taken anything out so don't mean for it to come across like that. Was just weird seeing it go up a few hundred and then down a few hundred every few hours. And now down $5k.
GK literally can't access the money. It was probably people requesting refunds when the money got stuck in limbo.
Ahh didn't know you could request a refund. Thought it may have been cc's declining or reversing the final charge but idk how all that works. Meant to ask a while back when it was bouncing up and down $50-100 every few hours.
Well, I'll take my $15k back even though I don't really need it because I'm absurdly rich. Shame Gallant Knight really, thanks for setting this up. In times where it's easy to lose faith in people, this really is a reminder that there are still good people out there doing the right thing.
Uhhhhh what? “Rosemarie Hartle, of Las Vegas, died in 2017 at age 52 from breast cancer, Kirk Hartle, told the I-Team last November. A ballot for Rosemarie was issued in October 2020 and later received by the county, but Kirk said the ballot never came to his house. The I-Team found even though Rosemarie died in 2017, her name appeared on the active voter list. “I would like to say that I accept full responsibility for my actions and regret them, and I’m thankful for your consideration,” Kirk Hartle told the judge Tuesday.”
