I use shoe trees but I don't know if they do much, honestly. I've been lazy since we moved and half have them and half don't and I don't notice much difference on non-leather pairs. I do recommend them on leather pairs though bc it helps stretch creases out when you're not wearing them.
I use the cardboard inserts for mine(side note: why do AF1s always seem to come with the tissue paper stuffing instead of these?!?) and this is my currently storage setup. Each unit cost about $18 at Walmart and holds 6 shoes. I know that won’t do for plenty of you but I’m still a rook out here(and have room for a couple more, when needed)
I dont try for every pair but i too have yet to ever hit on a pair of Dunks. I would really love to hit on the Phillies pair coming out though.
Got these in to wear at a Kentucky Derby party. $100 on GOAT. Really liking these. Hadn't seen the open tongue before.
Yea it was odd. I got them for under retail. There were zero bids on them so I threw out $100 and someone accepted immediately.
Check on the app every once in awhile. I got a W that I never received notification on through the app until the next day.
Made and ordered blazer low by you pair today I’ll probably hate. Wish I was on in time for the am1 pair
Next for me hopefully the Zen Master 4s for Father’s Day then the canyon purple 4s. Next “big purchase” will be the bred 4s.
It will be awhile before I post anything new in her I fear. All my money is belong to my daughter’s dentist lol
He had a custom pair of cleats made out of a recent cool shoe that released. This is the shoe he had made converted into cleats.
Jr was my favorite non-pitcher baseball player ever but those new AM1s are awful. Might have to buy em anyway.
The Griffey Max 1 or the Griffey Air Max 90? I don't recall a Griffey Air Max 1? Griffey Max 1 and Air Max 1 are two different things, as confusing as it sounds.
Looking at the Treelines on Stockx and I can't help but laugh. Retail - $150 ($160 after 7% tax) Low ask on StockX - $182 ($218 after tax and fees) High bid - $178 (seller nets $156 after fees) So buyer pays $58 over retail while seller loses $4. Stockx pockets the rest. I appreciate that they've made buying limited shoes much easier but man they've really fucked up the somewhat limited gr game. Everyone is a reseller that cops anything they can bc it's so easy but a lot of shoes end up like this and it blows. I was lucky to get a few pairs at retail on these but it just sucks overall.
Every fuckin body is a reseller now man. The culture is fucked. I joined that cook group and oop’d people when I could on sales/trades etc. I’ve now left and I dm’d one of the dudes from there that I know bots and chatted with regularly to try and get a pair of LaMelos for my son and dude didn’t even reply. Obviously a small sample but the purple and galaxy ones I asked him to bot for me are flipping for like $50 profit, even less after botting costs (which I was more than willing to pay) shit was infuriating.
