It’s just so glaring what we need. Having to play Gakpo in MF takes away our best #9 and Mac Allister having to play so deep takes him out. Considering we had to patch a lineup together and barely had the ball I will take a point all day. We were really unlucky in moments to not get more.

I'm the opposite. Do I think that should be a PK, no. Do I think it should have been called a PK based on other PK calls I've seen the past few years, yes. Had that been a standard shot and a defensive player had his hands there and the ball hit them and deflected that much, I think it would have been called. Otherwise, why have all defensive players gone to the hands-behind-the-back move (which I always thought was dumb anyways). I fully support the no-call, but, in my non-EPL referee opinion, that's different from what had been called a PK in the past.
Btw Anthony Taylor was a great CDM today. Really won back the ball for Chelsea numerous times. The foul on Szobo when he won it back and would have had numbers going forward was complete shit

Terrible call, and denied us a goal scoring opportunity. Klopp was about to go bonkers on that awful foul but the new rules would suspend him. Speaking of the new rules to protect bad refs, I don’t like them. That’s how mac got his yellow.
I love Robbo but holy hell of we could replace him with a left footed CB and sign a couple defensive minded midfielders we would be so good. Really impressed with Szobo today and Mac is just so solid

Szobo and Mac very good. Nunez needs to come good soon or he’s gonna be riding the bench long term, not good enough. Out of position Mac and Gakpo seemed to hamper our pressing and possession. We hardly even got into a pattern of possession with Trent in MF. 1-1 probably favored us a hair. Chelsea had us pinned in the second half. 2-0 on that Salah offside and we probably roll. we had Chelsea on the wobble and they steadied very quickly after that.
Thought there were a lot of times where we gave the ball away needlessly. Hoping that changes as these guys learn how to play together.
