Some of these guys wanting creative freedom away from WWE are proving why A) they didn't deserve it B) WWE was always right about them Very few WWE talent have thrived in AEW. People thinking Miro, Cesaro and others were future world champs and WWE dropped the ball were proven so wrong. Cole was fantastic in NXT, he was presented like a big deal.

He fought once and won the Heavyweight title, then proceeded to get hurt again training for his next fight. Not egregious or anything, but not who I would've voted for.
Cody got his presentation right in AEW to where WWE was like damn he was right and we can take that presentation to another level, but Cody's booking of himself neutered him with the AEW crowd after awhile. He could've been over as hell in AEW had he embraced a heel role, but I think everything worked out for him. I don't think WWE dropped the ball necessarily overall with Miro, but Vince essentially cutting off Rusev Day because he was no longer the monster foreign heel was brutal for him and the fans.
The only guy who has left WWE and been better for it is Swerve Can’t wait for Lesnar to make his AEW debut 5 minutes after he wins his first world title
Yeah that’s fair. I was mostly thinking of singles. I think if they made another run in WWE now they’d be presented as a big deal but I don’t know they’d be used as well as they were in 2022 - early 2023
Samoa Joe's run in AEW has been better than in WWE, especially Joe's last couple years in WWE. On the women's side, Toni Storm easily. But other than that it's few and far between. AEW has plenty of talent (mostly on the men's side). Hopefully TK let's Jen Pepperman build some stories and don't override her, and also get all the non-AEW titles out of there.
You already know the results. One of the few PLE's that every result is so obvious that you second guess and wonder how they could possibly swerve.
Yeah the crowd should be hot, but a throwaway PLE for sure. Rumble winners gets their shot, but I’d love to see the other wreslters earn the other shot through a classic build. Not all world title challengers for Mania should be winning a gimmick match.
