Motivated/chip on his shoulder Pringle has been effective in the tournament, but his hands still make me want to kill
yes i get very annoyed when we feed it to him in the high post on the pick n rolls but for better and for worse he seems to be the emotional leader of our team. We need good pringle if we want any chance against UNC.
Not only is he correct, but it's concerning that Pringle is still in denial about his actions. It's impact on the team is what it is, but for his sake, I hope he wakes up. IMO, a mature person would read that and think, "maybe he's right, maybe I am doing something wrong".
He’s been suspended like 5 times season and didnt fly to Spokane with the team. He’s a fucking idiot and I can’t wait for him to leave. We’re winning in spite of him
I agree with some of this but you can't really believe we are winning in spite of him. We need his defense and physicality desperately. We are winning in spite of guys like Stephenson getting real minutes.
I can't stand Walters most of the time because of how much of a sieve he is on defense and how bad he is at taking it to the rack but I absolutely love his shooting stroke. Everything looks like it's going to go in.
It is kinda weird how bad Walters is any time he has to put the ball on the floor. He's got some athleticism to him and great size but holy shit he can't handle it at all.
i hope we brought in Scott Cochran yesterday purely to hire him as Sam Walters's personal strength coach.
dude is tall as hell and can jump out the gym but didn't get a dunk til a fast break in garbage time last game lol
We’ve won without him multiple times this season. Even in the games he’s played he’s been awful for most of them. He was integral last night but that’s one game. I’ve never seen a guy get suspended multiple times and keep acting like an idiot
Walters soft ass take to the rim at about the 2 minute mark was as angry as I've been at a play the entire season.
His performance on Thursday against Bacot will be as important as anything else that happens on the floor.
We had a few players. Estrada and Walters especially that never really understood what type of game was being played. The soft takes to the rim, euro stepping and slowing down for a fadeaway bank shot. They were eating it up all night. They feast on blocks. We should know that. So if you know they love to block that means usually, they’re gonna be jumping or over pursuing to get them. So use it against them. Get them in the air, dish it or kick it out. Leave them scrambling. We played into their hands trying dumb euro step lay ups and shit when they had 3 guys collapsing on the paint for the block.
To be fair, the refs wouldn’t call the same shit on them. They hacked our ass all night and got away with it
As Oats pointed out, we gave them 12 FTs on 2 technicals, 2 3point shots & a 2 point midrange shot. If not for those dumb fouls it really wasn’t that bad
Lot of fucking negativity in here. We are in another sweet sixteen baby! Playing with house money. This shit is the best.
I decided to put on Finebaum today while I was out and about and Roman Harper subbed in for Paul. He's very good at doing Paul's show. Roman was actually talking football with active players and stuff and not just callers yelling at each other.
