Better than sugar obviously but the anticavity effect isn’t all it’s cracked up to be. We thought it was a game changer 15 or so years back but you’ve got to be chewing/sucking on that a good portion of the day to get the benefits.

No clue but menthol is one of the essential oils in Listerine. It’s the essential oils that are the active ingredient not the alcohol so I’m sure there’s some benefit.

I wanted to update you all that switching from tweezing to trimming has made a world of difference in roughly 2 months. I highly recommend it. I can use Flonase again without it destroying the inside of my nose, which in itself makes my life a lot better.
Do they still make products to prevent gunk with electric toothbrushes? There used to be the sonic seal, which was a silicone condom thing that spanned the base and head. Worked great. Can't find anything for oral b (preferable) or sonicare anymore.
That the #1 weakness of the IO, something about the motor that they can’t seal the head well. (Also they still haven’t came out with a ‘floss action’ head even though the rep told me a year ago it’d be out “sometime soon”)
