Still having success with UPS, even with the one Christmas time issue. Went to a new store over by Whole Foods and they didn't even ask any questions. Dude was really cool and reminded me to use my AAA discount.
We ship UPS everyday at the website I work for and rarely have any issues at all. For the most part they do a great job getting the shipments where they need to go and on time. You can always request/add-on signature confirmation if you are concerned about not being there when it is delivered. They will give you an option to pick it up at a UPS location or will attempt to deliver it 3 times if you aren't there.
Yeah I've never had an issue with UPS, until now. From now on, I'm requesting a signature or something when I send stuff.
This is great news because I saw 2 bottles of their stuff yesterday but they were not the ones I wanted.

Yeah I was surprised to see it as well. $25 per bottle scares some people off I think. I got a couple open trades going right now but I can grab you a bottle and maybe we can work something out down the road if you want.
