Has anyone used the FX app for Apple TV or any of the other devices? I don't know if it's like HBO and has the show on at the same time or what
Really pumped about this. Read the trilogy and excited to see it on he screen with what all is coming up.
Oh yeah. They're really good. The guys that are doing the show actually wrote them so the show is following them very well so it's a great adaptation. The books are good and have more detail and backstory so they're "better" but they could do everything from them in the show unlike Game of Thrones.
What are they buying the old soap factory for? Did they explain that or is it still upcoming in future episodes?
I bet they got a hell of a deal on the real state. I laughed at the fact they are conducting blockbuster deals as the world burns
They nailed the Feelers. Perfect representation of how I kind of pictured their movements and sounds.
This new child actor playing the son is just the fucking pits. He has that perpetual defiant-child look and attitude about him and it's super annoying.
The son is one of the most insufferable shit characters ever created in fiction. He will only get worse and more prominently featured.
Enjoying this season so far. Seems better than the first.. Nothing great, but good enough to keep me watching and enjoyable.
Everytime he comes into the scene I have to mute the TV, his acting is horrible. He's just about on the same level as both Carl from WD and Dana from Homeland. Didn't think that was possible.
So did the daywalkers or whatever die off that easy in the books? I really was intrigued by them and wondered how they would fit into the story going forward and then they got killed with big flashlights. Very disappointed.
It's definitely a big step up from most of the first season. I think they are doing a much better job with the characters on the show this season.
