Walton is 2. Then 4-5 I don’t think you should get rid of Then LJ and Dennis as I’d like to move on. Then the obvious
Yup. It's been awesome...got a tiny bit strange in episode 3, but overall has been fantastic TV thru three episodes.
I’m genuinely interested to see what Dennis tries as his next move if we move on. There aren’t too many branches of the Meyer coaching tree with head coaching jobs these days.
It's no secret I hate the insta-negative fans but if Parker Fleming is on this staff still on Friday, I'm going to lose my fucking mind. LJ and Dennis, I'm fine waiting till after the bowl, I think at least one of those hires should come from the NFL.
I think you're going to be waiting until after the bowl for Parker to get publicly executed but I'd love to be wrong
Does it really matter when Parker gets fired? We all want blood but does it serve a purpose to fire him now. The guy sabotaged 2 seasons and I want him to be ruined but fine waiting a month
I'd like for them to be able to get another coach out on the road for the last two weeks of recruiting.
It would be a great opportunity to give JL a tryout as special teams coordinator if he's interested in that position.
If his replacement is already on staff ( JL ), then it's not like they are missing out on other coaches.
Even if JL isn't the replacement you can name him as the interim ST coach and he can go out on the road.
Only problem with JL recruiting without the title who really wants to listen to a guy who might not even be here next year
I want him on staff but let him do what he knows, even if LBs were ass this year Do we even need a STs coach?
What do I need to be worried about with Michigan, other than cheating of course? Really hard for me to see their offense doing much and them having much of a chance unless Milroe turns it over, which could certainly happen.
KVA has been talking with our recruits again. I wouldn’t mind naming James coach and giving him a shot before signing day.
Nothing. You guys win by 10+ as long as you don’t turn the ball over. They don’t beat themselves and they are very opportunistic when other teams make a mistake.
You have to earn it against them, they don’t blow assignments and don’t miss tackles. Milroe’s windows aren’t gonna be very big DL is very good, think your clear advantage over them is edge rushers vs their tackles Drunk af last night but said JJ would need to run it a ton to be successful and stick with that
Their running game isn't what it has been the last two years but JJ is the best version of himself. Their TE is very, very good and second only to Bowers in cfb. Their best OL broke or tore something in his leg in our game and their tackles aren't great. Their defense is sound but doesn't really have anybody that's incredible other than maybe their number one CB. I'd guess most of their defense will at least have a cup of coffee in the NFL with a few becoming starters, their nickel CB is pretty good. If we had any of our QB's from the last ten years we probably beat them but McCord is very mid and threw what was basically a bad pick six. Harbaugh is going to have a trick play or two ready.
No. Different actors and stories each season. Season 1 and 2 were awesome....3 and 4 not so much...season 5 back to awesome. Jon Hamm, Jennifer Jason Leigh and Juno Temple in the current season.
Thanks, have seen the previews for this season and definitely intrigued by the cast, just wasn't sure about how much backstory i would need to know.
2022 Recruiting class--early returns not great! 10. CJ Hicks - Struggled in limited playing time, most significant action was on ST. 27. Sonny Styles - Stud 36. Tegra Tshabola - Lost competition for starting spot to Josh Fryar meaning he sucks fucking balls 44. Devin Brown - See above, but Honda. 63. Kyion Grayes - 1 reception for 2 yards in 2022, nada in 2023 71. Caleb Burton - PORTAL 73. Omari Abor - PORTAL 78. Kaleb Brown - PORTAL 98. Kenyatta Jackson - Good 113. Gabe Powers - Only played mop-up and ST snaps; TBD 115. Kojo Antwi - Only played 5 snaps all year, against Gophers 118. Hero Kanu - Probably starting 3-tech in 2024, hasn't done much yet though. 141. Caden Curry - Probably starting DE in 2024, has made biggest impact at FB. 167. George Fitzpatrick - See Tegra. Played 6 snaps all season. 188. Carson Hinzman - Starting C but sucked 226. Dallan Hayden - Has looked good when he's played, but was beat out by a LB and a WR for carries. 240. Bennett Christian - Suspended for 2023 season for taking banned supplement. Jyaire Brown - PORTAL Kye Stokes - PORTAL Ryan Turner - PORTAL Avery Henry - CANCER
I’m high on Michigan. You need to avoid turning the ball over. Win first down on both sides of the ball and it will be the difference. They are great at getting it to second and short and playing somewhat aggressive from there. As others have said, the big advantage for Bama will be the edge rushers. Get pressure on JJ and make him panic. Also cover the damn tight end.
Yeah I think JJ is good enough to find a way to win if Bama let's Michigan play their game and keep it close. Michigan's not really built to play from behind but no one's been able to put them in a two score hole.
Guard their TEs and the middle of the field. They want to run first. 3 TE sets. Weird formations. Owsley
Also, don’t think it matters who coaches ST. Let Keenan split duties as TE/ST. I’d like to actually be a threat to return kicks or even block some. Dunno if that requires an offensive mind or defensive?
Another one that id love them to show interest in https://247sports.com/player/jaishawn-barham-46077012/
Who is the third safety next year after Styles and Hartford? I'm assuming Hancock goes to outside corner or leaves
I think he was hurt most of the offseason and some of the year, he was pretty solid at Cuse. I'm guessing by the number of guys that have already entered the portal and Day's comments today we're going to be pretty aggressive in adding players. I also think there's a decent chance Ransom comes back.
