Man. I’ve been pretty fired up after this weekend seeing the number of pitchers on our staff that’s throwing in the low/mid 90s. But it seems every time I see an SEC team playing in this State Farm Classic, they have dudes damn near touching 100. That Wiggins kid that just threw for Arkansas was filthy.
It’d be nice to see these insane pick off moves these TCU pitchers keep having against us but unfortunately we have a Jr High school production that is unable to show any replay and have cameras pointed the wrong way
Hogs beat TCU 4-1 to sweep the shitty Texas schools 3-0. Hog pitching struck out 18 batters tonight and gave up 2 hits and 1 ER.
Our lineup should be much more potent with Matt Goodheart when he comes back. Didn’t travel to Texas due to a stomach virus. Move Cason Wallace to 3rd and Goodheart to RF and sit Nesbit. the SEC is loaded this year, even more than normal. Vandy, Ole Miss, Arkansas, Miss State, Florida are all stacked. Gonna be a fun year.
I'm very impressed we won all three games. Wasn't sure what to expect this. Was hoping we'd get 2 of these games, but to sweep them is a whole lotta fuck yeah. Especially if one of the teams is Texas. My hate for them goes to the bone.

aTm lost to Abilene Christian 6-5 last night. Abilene Christian is the best baseball school in the state of Texas
I’ve got Disney+ which gives me access to Discovery+ which if you delete it and reinstall gives you a token you can redeem for 5 days and 4 nights of ACC+. Thanks guys
I kinda wrote off the Xavier series to the weather leading up to the weekend. And losing one midweek game early isn't necessarily a sign of doom. But I'm surprised they're struggling this much this early. They'll have some solid competition this weekend at Round Rock.
ACC Network distribution isn't what it should be just yet. You'll probably be fine in SC but it's not available a lotta places ESPN+ is well worth the money fyi
I can’t even imagine y’all winning one championship let alone being a two decade dynasty never before seen.
Did Bobby Hill end up going to Texas Tech for the meat judging skills he flashed in the series finale?
VU starting 17-year-old FR Christian Little vs WKU today. He was an early enrollee, which you don't see much of in college baseball. 6'4 210 from St Louis. Should be a special one
There was some confusion over whether the run rule was in effect last night, and A&M’s coach got pissed last night when they called the game after 7 when we were up 18-2. Not sure if we were trying to prove a point or not, but he got his wish for 9 innings to be played.
Dores with a 12-1 W over WKU. 6'6 SR lefty Hugh Fisher hadn't pitched in two years after TJ surgery. He pitched an inning tonight and K'd the first two batters he faced on six pitches six pitchers combined to go 9 IP, 5 H, 1 R (unearned), 11 SO/2 BB and Fisher was the only non-FR Hunter Owen is a 6'6 240-pound lefty from the Portland, Maine area. He went 2 IP, 1 H, 0 R, 4 SO/0 BB. Love me some geographic diversity baby
Anybody else's ticket prices through the roof right now on the secondary market? Auburn is sold out of their 20% capacity right now. So the only way to buy tickets is through a season ticket holder that isn't going to the game or StubHub. StubHub prices are anywhere from 6-8 times the normal ticket price per ticket.
Vandy is only allowing family members. That's what the school I work at is gonna do once we finally have the weather to host games
We're doing 20% capacity for now, which is like 850 people. I think people are hopeful that seating will be expanded for SEC play.
been listening on the radio and just turned it on tv. they only have the one camera from behind homeplate how hard is it to put a stationary camera in centerfield so you can see where the pitches are? this stinks. big conference series like this deserve better than this dumb camera angle
3-2 heels win justice thompson with an rbi double, 415’ solo homer and a bunt single. also stole a base, made a diving catch at the wall and saved the game with a leaping grab at the wall in the 9th this kid is electric shabooty
