Circling back re: Chase in redraft this year, until we get more confidence in Burrow's health, I kind of like grabbing Higgins instead (seems like he goes between picks 45 and 60) in snake drafts as a WR2 (or WR3 if you're going WR-heavy early) as a cheaper way to bet on the Bengals offense rebounding. He's also playing for a new contract this year.
What pick are you and who are the you projecting will be available their. I'd probably put Breece at 2 overall and Puka towards the end of the 2nd in non ppr scoring.
Multiple drafts coming up. I have Chubb in one keeper. But I’m gonna try and grab him and Hockenson in the 6/7 rounds at the turn in another one. It might fail but it might be glorious.
Jefferson at that price is still a bargain for PPR Allen at the 15th pick is a bit of an overpay. You’d be better off grabbing a late 1st/early 2nd round RB that is falling
Jefferson at that price is still a bargain for PPR I’ve been using fantasy pros draft assistant for a few years and never had any issues
I'd personally keep Breece with chance of getting someone better than Puka with your first pick. If you keep Puka you are more than likely just going to draft Breece. It's basically a 5 round gamble that you think someone might not keep one of the first rounders.
PPR Keeper auction league Keep 3 with no penalty Pacheco Achane Collins Waddle Leaning Pacheco, Collins, Waddle but seems dumb to let go of Achane. The rankings are all over the place with him.
I am assuming you are keeping Allen in the 1st and just deciding on the other 3? really depends on what you think everyone else is keeping, whose available, etc. but Bijan and Puka would be locks for me. Then decide between ARSB vs Chase and what would you lose between the 3rd and 6th
i would personally go pacheco, achane and waddle collins is good but with him, tank, and diggs plus mixon and schultz. a lot of mouths to feed
I’m taking McCaffrey at #1. It would be sweet to have CMac and Breece, but picking up Puka at the end of the 10th is crazy value.
I'd rather have CMac and Breece in a standard league. I don't think Puka matches production if Kupp is healthy all year.
1 keeper per year and McCaffrey was a 1st rounder last year, so that owner will be choosing someone else he drafted lower.
I’ve got the 5th pick in a PPR 12-team draft. If things go as planned, I believe I’ll be able to pick between Chase/St Brown at WR and Bijon/Breece at tailback. Where do you guys lean in this situation? Is it better to go with a stud back? Or a WR who is clearly the guy (Chase) or a target (Brown) from last year?
all signs point to breece being a top fantasy guy so that is probably the majority decision but i am super hesitant on both running backs
I do a lot of drafts, so I tend to switch it up, but if I’m only doing one or two, I’m taking elite WR over RB for sure.
whoops, I meant to say target hog last season. What worries me about St.Brown this season is the amount of mouths to feed on the Lion's offense. I certainly think he will still get his. But will it be to the tune of 160+ targets? Probably not.
That's where I typically go in these situations. Last season, I got burned taking Bijon at the end of the first round.
IMO its better value to get a 2nd round caliber player kept for the cost of a late round pick than keeping CMC for a couple spots in the 1st. Only time it really makes sense to me is if you don't have other players worth keeping and you have a late 1st. Then the value makes sense.
LaPorta and Gibbs’ volume won’t be anything crazy and they don’t have any WRs behind him. He should he getting a ton of targets
1st - Tyreek Hill 2nd - Josh Allen 3rd - Breece Hall 4th - Deebo 8th - Kenneth Walker This is where I drafted them last year. I can keep 2 and lose the pick higher, so Hall would cost a 2nd, Walker a 7th. Leaning Hill and Walker but Hall for a 2nd is appealing. Thoughts?
I was pretty set on keeping Tank Dell, McBride and Kyren in the 12/13/14 slots, but I am a bit worried about the number of targets Tank will get with all the pass catchers they have now. I have Chase Brown who would be in Tank's slot if I took him, James Cook for a 4th, and Godwin for a 6th round, as my other options
chase brown isn’t a bad option nor is james cook i am still a believer in tank dell. cj stroud loves him and he is electric out there. i do worry about the other weapons on the texans taking away from him but for a 12th rd pick its very hard to get someone with his potential
Yeah that was my initial thought as well, the value is pretty crazy for his end of the 5th round ADP. He seems to have a good connection with Stroud though so I'll have to look at him as a WR2 or WR3 and adjust my expectations accordingly. His upside is huge especially if there are any injuries or Diggs does his usual team-killer routine.
Xavier Worthy or Brian Thomas for dynasty purposes? Have a rookie draft coming up in a couple weeks, and worst case they'll both be there. Jonathan Brooks likely will be too, but I think another potential cornerstone WR is a bigger need for me at the moment.
I trust the chiefs offense more than jax and worthy is legit but i dont think you could go wrong with either tbh
Pairing Garrett Wilson with your RB of choice in the second round is a very fun way to start 12 team snake redraft team if you have a late 1st round pick.
i have a 1-hr per pick draft going right now with the 10th pick. went with taylor and nacua dropped to me on the way back. nacua has been dropping i'm seeing - guess people are wary with a healthy kupp (or unhealthy stafford). didn't love the picks, but the rest of the build is shaping up ok. london (draft has R3 reversal), devonta, richardson.
this might sound stupid but hear me out.. should i trade my first round pick #2 and my 8th round (#92) and 9th (#101) for a 2nd rd (#20) , 4th (47) and 5th (50) i would then have picks.. 20,23, 29, 44,47,50,53 plus my later rounds 12 team league
