Been trying to get a hold of my food intake, but it's been a struggle. Been lifting again for 6 weeks and seeing gains there. Maybe typing this out will help me change. Late night snacking (stress I guess) has not helped. Can't avoid a few slices of pizza or handfuls of cheezits when I get them for the kids.

278. Just been diet for me mostly so far. After my pec was finally back to 100% I was gifted back to back covid-cold because elementary school kids are disgusting. Been weights/walking/stairs so I’m expecting some better numbers soon.

231.6 knew it was going to go up, but accepted it. will get back down. Got down to 229 at one point last week.

GLPs work. I haven't had a "bad" day or week since Jan 1 when I started to get focused. I was on it in Nov/Dec and even though I was still bing eating and drinking I had a ton of control and actually maintained weight at a fat level vs probably gaining 10-20lbs over that course.
I’m not doing this but hit 25lbs today so gonna post my shit anyway. It’s extreme but it’s nothing fancy. 10000 steps. 1000-1200 calories. I don’t have room for bad meals or cheat days. Still over 2lbs, but not the 3 I was hoping for. My body might be burning less calorie as I'm dropping weight, so it is a little bit expected. Doctor also upped my TRT to 150mg from 100. Not sure if that had anything to do with it, take them on Thursdays. Or just immflamuation/water retention/etc
Future In-laws were in town so had to go out to eat this weekend, then my fiancé made bread and cookies which didn’t mesh well with me trying to see if I could eat a gummy and nothing else (I didn’t). Was down to 225ish mid week so hoping I can de-bloat pretty quickly after the weekend. We are going to a resort for a week at end of April, so might hinder my results towards the end of the contest but hoping it gives me some added motivation to stay on track.
