Offer him very good money, hope he takes it, and hope we get a manager that demands more of him(and every other player) consistently. He's not Alexis but losing him wouldn't be good.
The play is getting a manager that could implement some sort of system. I think the other thing about ozil is that even if he's ineffective or doesn't produce much he's still stretching the other team and creating space. Short term though, it would be nice if he brought the ball through the middle more often.
A) Hull's faded black tops cracked me up. The shorts looked brand new. B) Coq is awful C) pissed off Theo was cute D) the last 2 subs were a little weird E) Hull had a Clucas and a Grosicki..no Groxlade-Clamberian or Clözil available?
I was fine with the last two subs. Fresh legs to press up front. I'm afraid we get today's Ozil for most of the remainder of the season and he's a goner.
Hope you're right of course but I do recall him getting the lowest match rating at Dortmund a few years ago. He's due!
He's a second tier star behind Hazard/Alexis/Costa/Aguero but still a top 10 attacker in this league.
What I'd like to see -----Alexis-- -Welbz-Ozil-Ox- -Elneny-Xhaka What I think we'll see ----Alexis-- -Iwobi-Ozil-Theo- --Coquelin-Xhaka- 3-1 Bayern
Now he's been ruled out with a hamstring niggle. Maybe his lingering injuries are why he hasn't played more minutes.
I'll take any front six that doesn't feature Coquelin or Giroud. I'd prefer no Walcott either but I will deal with him as long as I don't have to watch the other two. Coquelin especially, I really don't think I can handle him against Bayern.
The biggest Chilean newspaper did a poll to see what team most Chileans would be rooting for in today's match (Alexis v Vidal) and Alexis came out as the winner so you got that going for you!
They will more than likely switch a few times as well. EDIT: It must be noted that this will only happen if Bayern don't press. Xhaka and Coq stand no fucking change against Alonso, Thiago and Vidal.
