i was high as a giraffes ass when i read it, but i think it's based in early 20th century russia and jon hamm is a doctor and harry potter is his assistant, but don't hold me to that.

so far around the Bolshevik revolution era doctor who is fresh out of school (Harry Potter)

with flash forwards to him older (Hamm) and vice versa

    dark comedy

I watched episode one a couple months ago. Lyrtch has the premise right. Harry is shipped out of Moscow to some Siberian outpost to be a doctor, fresh out of Med School.

Just finished all the episodes on Netflix. Really liked it. Between the being a new "Doctor" trying to figure the fuck out of how to help your patients and dealing with addiction at the same time it hit pretty close to home. Hamm and Radcliffe also knocked it out of the park imo.
