Hangman vs Christian for the TNT title would be a fun feud to get him back in the winner's circle Christian can make fun of him for being a bad father due to the home invasion and committing immoral acts in the death match. He can also make fun of him for not holding any AEW singles gold in 18 months or however long, so the TNT Title wouldn't be seen as a "step down" for him perception wise. The matches would be pretty good too and it's something as far as I can recall that we haven't seen before. Much more interesting IMO than seeing Cope huffing and puffing after his entrance like the Ultimate Warrior. That feud doesn't really need a title anyways and they can always come back to it whenever they want.
Feel confident he's been re-signed for a while. He's still young too. Get thru the next AEW contract and then see what happens. Maybe WWE, maybe not. I do think he's every bit the generational talent he claims to be. It'll be interesting.

Apparently they are unifying the ROH title, the NJPW Strong Openweight Title, the the Continental Classic title all into one title for a Triple Crown title. Hopefully there is a future world title shot attached to it as well. I’m sure we’ll learn more specifics on the Selection Special. And they should have a story with one of the top guys who got snubbed being actively pissed and disrespected about not getting in. Gives even more weight to just being selected when top guys are furious about not getting in.

This women's match is terrible Some moves are being done but there is no rhythm, just people waiting their turn to do their next spot. Ivy Nile was literally holding herself back because I think someone was out of place so she was like running in place to let the spot happen before she broke it up. And of course Natalya team won. Nobody watches Japanese wrestling. He’s not establish to the general American audience. He’s stolen a belt and wasn’t able to beat a wrestler who wasn’t medically cleared to compete a few hours early. Add to that he had interference from his crew and still lost to a one leg man.
