He got one in the altercation with Eddie but not with Andrade since, if I remember correctly, Andrade blindsided him after both were told to cut the shit.

 

Unless Sammy blatantly disregarded instructions from the ref or medical staff I don't really see how you suspend someone for a botch. But it's entirely possible I am remembering wrong with the Andrade situation.

The match was on Rampage and pretaped. They should have just called it off once the ref and the medical trainer saw he was concussed. Sammy shares blame but those two should be suspended as well.

 

Fair call. If it was a taped match, no reason you can't temporarily stop the match or call an audible (like a roll up or something). Poorly handled by everyone.
