    I don’t want it to be a disaster hire that they quickly move on from in a couple of years. I want it to be the kind of mediocre hire who wins nothing of substance but isn’t bad enough to fire, leads to family fist fights over holidays, and causes adults to ruin Bama fandom for their kids with Saban comparisons
