Anyone else watching? Loved the book, though it's been like 15 years since I read it. About halfway through it and it's very, very different from the book. Not quite sure what to make of it yet so I'm gonna let it play out. Lenina is awesome and I thought Bernard was casted well. John not so much.... but they've changed his character so much that it's hard to know what they're going for with him
You watched yet? Just finished it this weekend. Wow, the ending is nothing like the book. Got very Westworld-y, I guess trying to set up for a season 2. Hits you over the head with the political message, but I was entertained even though the latter parts barely resembled the books at all. Really enjoyed the performances by the people playing Lenina and Bernard.
I watched it. I need to rewatch the finale because that threw me for a loop. I can see the differences from the book(I haven't read the book) when I watched a video to help explain the ending. Spoiler John commits suicide in the book and Bernard and whats her face left on their own instead of being banished? I can see that they're setting up for a season 2. WHAT'S IN THE BOX!!
