Was wondering if anyone had any useful info as to obtaining a contractors license (specifically in CA, but maybe some info could be useful for other states) I am currently in the process of getting my concrete contractors license in CA and was wondering if anyone any tips or relatable study material? Couldn’t find a thread with relatable info. Thanks in advance for any tips!
BLD Licensed in VA. Designated employee status. Class B, $125k per/ $750k annual. Bought the book, tabs, and online training for my exams. Open book, so the tabs were the most important part, and being familiar with the layout of the codes. My practice exam was significantly harder than my actual test. Not sure how much of this translates to your situation, but ask away.
