This is probably a dumb question, but the people in the "low risk" demographic (or whatever you want to call it).....if they test positive, do they stay in a hospital and get some kind of treatment? Or is it just a self quarantine and keep an eye on it?

No doubt this is adding to and multiplying spread, as is people gathering in bars and restaurants. People need to shop, and they won’t stop going out to eat/drink/hangout unless restrictions are implemented. But we’re not wired for social isolation for any material length of time.
i remember reading a thing about the first americans to play in the chinese basketball league and how they were dumbfounded that they not only allowed smoking in the arenas, but that so many people smoked that there would be a massive cloud of secondhand smoke hovering over the court during games
