What they have been saying is that they are going to limit mortgage payments. I'm not sure how rental properties work, but if you are paying a bank for your loans and they are being eased, that should be passed along to the renters. If they have to pay, maybe show a little compassion and work things out with them. People aren't trying to skirt payments, but they need to make sure they can eat and live during a time where cash influx might be limited. Your original point made it sound like you were being a hardo about people needing to pay. If that wasn't your intention, hopefully you can figure out a way to help people in need.
re: the travel data of the South vs the West & food deserts...I think people in the West just generally don't leave their house that often anyways...pretty easy to adapt

Side scary note my Mom works in nursing homes in FL. Her job could 100% be done from home but they've still had her going to facilities. Health department was at facility she was at yesterday due to a case positive resident. She is off sick today with a "wicked cough". Fuck.
