Wish this shit would go cross platform soon. I have a bunch of friends on Xbox that are like me and not been playing a bunch just because they don’t have anyone to team up with. I’ve got essentially 2 weeks coming up where I can game non-stop.

 

Sometime next season. They detailed it last week but didn't give a date on exactly when cross play is going live.

 

Was hoping it would launch with the next season.

 

It might but I'm not sure if they have said yet.

DMG hinting that the twab tomorrow should be a big one. Maybe covering some sandbox stuff for next season.

 

That’s just for my GM build, i put most everything into Discipline so I always have a turret. I run hedrons which gives +30 to Recovery, resilience, and Mobility when you freeze targets and since I pretty much constantly have a turret out I am constantly freezing targets

 

fair points. but id still probably drop mobility 1 tier to move recovery up to max.

 

I'm at tier 10 on discipline and recovery when I run my stasis build. I can't even remember where my other stats sit. I have decent resilience just to keep from getting one tapped in the GM's from snipers and what not.

 

my current armor goal is to get my mobility down to 18. i should probably do 20 instead but fuck a mobility.

 

I usually stay in the 30's for pve. Have to have some strafe speed.

 

i love how they ruin fun pve subclasses because crucible.

 

Which one did they ruin?

 

I could live to be 1000 years old and still never understand why they can’t be adjusted separately

Ahh, never used it in pve much anyway. I'm more pissed about it being nerfed in PvP. It must be a PC thing because I never see it on console. I feel like I was the only one that used. It was the only class I enjoyed in PvP. I doubt I even play much now.

That wouldn't surprise me.

Yeah should solid for pve.

I guess I'll just give up on them ever doing anything with nova bomb for PvP. They haven't touched it since y1 I think.

I didn’t get to play it as much as I wanted but this season has been great. Loved the Override arenas.

 

It was a pretty solid season overall. Any season with a raid is usually pretty good. I didn't really play much down the stretch due to burnout and also disappointment with how they did the hard raid but good overall.

 

This has been the best seasonal activity we've had since Sundial. Big fan of the Splicer weapons.

 

I prefer the battlegrounds last season to this season. This season just felt like gambit reskinned to me. Plus it was mind numbingly easy.

 

id rather do a short horde mode than all the repetitive "mechanics" the battlegrounds have

 

Now to decide between BL3, Valhalla and FF7 to finish before the next season.

Seems kinda gross to me. They force you to use specific weapons, instead of giving you options for your own play style.

Battlegrounds at least had enough enemy density to keep me mildy entertained.

 

Pretty meh. Overload bow is nice though.

 

Only ARs for anti barrier is trash.

 

How do you use them though?

 

Not sure what you mean? As long as it's a fully drawn shot overload bow procs every shot. Which is great.

 

Yeah bows are by far the best overload weapon we’ve had.

 

And they are apparently addressing exotic primaries in pve. Hopefully giving all of them the ability to create orbs with or without a catalyst. So that means LeMonarque will be even better.

 

I mean how do you use it as in how do I equip the overload? The splicer gauntlet? Do you get them from a certain person?

Through the seasonal artifact the same way you do all the champion mods. Overload bow won’t be available until next season though, this season is smg and handcannon for overload.

 

Sure, but if you are using a sword for your anti barrier weapon in high level content you are going to have a bad time. It’s fine for casual play but that’s not what I’m talking about.

 

And before you say it, yes I know about erianas too, it just severely limits your weapon builds to be forced to use an exotic for your anti-barrier.

So Eriana's obviously going to be meta. What else are we thinking for exotics? Queenbreaker with the unstoppable mod? Sleeper? 1k Voices?
