Arsenal helped us (virtually) clinch top 4 115FC kept forest on the relegation bubble Title race continues. Good Sunday of Footie.
He had a small injury, and missed last weekend and Thursday, Pep was working him back in today. I know getting worked up is your thing but not sure what your issue about him being hurt is. Again, he missed 2 matches
I think ur reading way too much into a simple comment about how haaland got on and immediately scored and looked good doing it. The irony of writing all that nonsense and accusing someone else of getting worked up it’s Sunday, relax my guy
That’s a dick thing to say regardless. I guarantee no corner taker has ever been all that flustered by the hecklers that try to hound them and it just makes the hecklers look like morons.
Peter finally took a break from dissecting the 92 different decisions Spurs fans wanted a penalty from
I rejected the idea that the Partey attempt to punch through Romero’s chest and rip out his heart and hand it to him in a doggy bag was worthy of a penalty, let the record show. It hasn’t come up on tmb but I also reject the second possible Kulusevski penalty where he got sandwiched a bit, defender won the ball. There really isn’t any discussion to be had that the Trossard clipping of Kulusevski was a penalty and would have swung the entire game and also would have made Arteta bawl uncontrollably.
If only we had an example this season, via one of these teams, in which a two handed shove in front of the goal was not a foul. Then we would have known if Partey should have been called for a foul.
I’ve had a few drinks and would sincerely and respectfully request a reminder to what goal/foul you’re referencing.
Yes, definitely. I had started typing about that guy too in the post you quoted and then condensed because I thought the point was made.
Ok? That’s in agreement with my assessment, I didn’t think Partey should have been called for a penalty and it must be fine that Gabriel got truck sticked with full arm extension. Consistency in season is the number one thing refs should strive for. When it’s time to reassess rules and their interpretation in the offseason, then they should do some more consideration of what makes sense. But it’s fucked when changes are made to ref behavior in season because of disadvantages that aren’t spread evenly to all teams. e.g. How many points were won/lost during that one month period where extra time was like 10+ minutes? But now it’s back to minimal added and blowing the whistle immediately at the stated time regardless of time wasting in extra time.
I suggest we go ahead and relegate them to the Championship or lower until they get this figured out. Just to be safe. I vote we keep Luton up in Everton's place.
