This was awesome. Great beats for an early Saturday morning chill.
Terrible news today I always really liked PUTS
yea OST is undeniable classic
God damnit. My favorite duo. This hurts.
i probably mentioned it back i the rivals days, but mike was one of my good friends’ cousin
i ran with him and chris a bunch in the early 00s and this was definitely a hard fucking blow
kills me that i hadn’t at least touched base with him since i moved away
I actually do remember you mentioning that, really sorry about your loss
A god damn Classic
so soon after Doom, shitty fuckin news
Acid Raindrops was the light up track for a solid 6 months when it dropped
Not afraid to admit I got misty eyed at the end of their last album when it dropped.
JID dropped a 3 pack last night including this mother fucking BANGER
New Freddie ft Q
this remix tho. JID is one of the best out there
About that time for me to get extra rrrreeeeeal insufferable
Anybody listened to Tobi Lou? Real unique...I've been listening to a lot of him lately. Kid has a ton of talent. Has the same vibe as an Amine, Smino, Kota the Friend, or Saba
Pun passed 21yrs ago today damn
don’t remember Koreatown Oddity getting any shine itt but Little Dominiques Nosebleed might be my favorite album from 2020
Judas and the Black Messiah soundtrack. Friday.
Play the Bruhh remix then go into Ballads and then try and convince yourself that JID ain’t the beat ridingest mother fucker in the game rn
I know it’s probably a meme at this point how hard I suck JID off but I really think this dude is a tremendous talent. Nothing would make me more happy than him taking the unapologetic Kendrick route with his music going forward because he could rap over the toilet flushing and I’d find a reason to love it
There’s a couple of really dope songs on this soundtrack
that Whoopty beat been stuck in my head this week
Reading "beat ridingest" makes me a bit contrary so here's probably the best of the vol 6 smack pack (ski beats) submissions featuring Elzhi
I love ELZhi (thanks to you) but that beats pretty typical to what he flows over (very fucking well). I gave an example of JID flowing over two vastly different beats to make the point he can adapt and flow over it. That’s my point, maybe it didn’t come off well
Your point was fine. I'm an Elzhi/detroit stan. And that beat is an outrageous fit.
earl lookin real intestinally inflamed
Elzhi is so disproportionately talented relative to his opportunities...would love to see him sign with Griselda or something like that. or do a project with Pete Rock or Alc

Holy hell this is awesome
JID has to be coming with an album very soon. Way too much activity from him for there not to be. The question is are all these new singles on the album or standalones. Give me JID, Kendrick, J cole, and Isaiah Rashad and I'm a happy fella
This is really interesting. I love the Armand Hammer approach to lyrics/themes and wordplay but usually get turned off by the beat selection. This should really fix that.
How was this? Slipped by me. I have it teed up for later.
I haven’t heard it. Has it made it to all streaming platforms yet?
apparently so. They went the mt marci route initially. Bout to spin it
Youtube music yes
Conway The Machine - ''If It Bleeds It Can be Killed'' (Album):
Not my favorite Conway project, but still enjoyable. Kill All Rats was the standout track for me.
I remember the first time I heard “If I Ruled the World” by Nas as a kid. Shit blew my mind.
