I enjoy Abbott a lot and IAS is great but most crossover episodes are not good Still looking forward to watching it tomorrow
Abbott is pretty good if you give it a minute. It’s definitely not Sunny and this is a weird crossover but it’s solid
I've tried to watch it a couple times and can't get into it. A few of the biggest comedies of the last ten or so years I just don't like for w.e reasons. Generally they are on network tv so maybe that's it. The good place and Brooklyn 99 are other ones I haven't been able to get into.
Crossover was better than I expected. It's pretty impossible to make it work with the different tones but it was fun.
I enjoyed the hell out of the crossover, but as some who recently watched high potential (Olson show) and finally got over her not being Dee in that show. It was hard see her back as Dee in this context with abbot. Not sure if that makes sense or not
pretty much this. i won't be coming back to that show but it was an enjoyable story arc with some good chuckles and always sunny gags throughout.
I started watching Abbott because of the crossover episode and eternally grateful that I did. It doesn’t make sense that a major network show in the 2020’s turned out to be as good as Abbott. Would love for Mr Johnson to be a recurring Sunny character. I’d love to listen to him and Frank Reynolds jabber jaws.
Wife is watching a shitty Netflix show called Sirens. I made it one episode and got the fuck out, but Glenn plays an ultra-wealthy playboy type guy from the Hamptons. Definitely an easy role for him to play.
danny devito loves all this shit, what are you talking about? you draw the line at that but not this:
He said it’s too hard for foreigners to pronounce. Officially it’ll be “Rob Mac” but he’ll go by either one. Kaitlyn said her and the kids are pissed about it and none of them are changing theirs to match.
If this is real.....wonder why he feels like a legal name change is necessary? Like just tell people you prefer Rob or Mac or whatever.
It's just...it's weird to both not care about how your name is pronounced or mispronounced by others but yet evidently care enough to do all the hoopla involved in changing it as a public figure Ultimately he's right, in the end it doesn't really matter so whatever
I wish he and the other two cared as much about keeping their podcast going as he evidently doesn't care about his last name
Glen doesn't care about any of it, but it's dependable income and he isn't getting enough work to turn it down I think Charlie genuinely enjoys it
