I really enjoyed Boilermaker and Holiday Cocktail Lounge
The fact you went to Taco Bell TWICE instead of grabbing a slice late night shows you just aren’t a fit for this great city
Sounds like NYC in a TKO
Get lunch at Marie Eiffels IMO
As a man who has traveled dozens of times let me tell you, this is not a great city!
Just picked up some scallops and striped bass at a farmers market on Shelter Island
I think I legally have to get a Vineyard Vines tattoo on my chest and change my name to Parker
Already did but you are very very right
I’m going to the Mets game tonight. Where do I pregame before?
Go to White Bear in flushing if you're about it
Never been but heard good things
try and order a coors at mikkeler
This is a good call. The burger is very nice.
Devine they have liked 1000 different kinds of Natty light
There’s like a street fair outside of my hotel. The roads are closed and a bunch of tents are set up. Pretty cool
Why is this city so racist against Michelob. Can’t even find it at 7/11
Had to settle for corona premiers
I'm about to get a crab cake sandwich tomorrow and I'm over the moon about it
Sure, but I'm still on Shelter Island like a big white. Come to Brooklyn tomorrow night and I'll buy drinks. They'll be Double Michelobs from Other Half. You'll love it
I leave tm I’m not going to sleep
God get me out of this hell
City that never sleeps*
I’m at Taco Bell again AMA
24 hour strip clubs?
At that point it’s time to go get a porterhouse somewhere
I’ll miss u guys
Johns of bleeker, Harry’s Italian, and angelos all top notch pizza
Well, when I first started this list 10 years ago, the high line was still in phase 1 and nobody knew about it. Also, if you go during the week, it’s not very touristy at all. I’m also assessing the level of “touristy” with things like Times Sqaure, Top of the Rock, and the Statue of Liberty.
The last 5+ years, the weekends are a nightmare filled with tourists, mostly foreign. Update that list to advise going on a weekday.
Create your own list if you don’t like mine
I did. I recommended Taco Bell Cantina on 8th Ave to devine and he went three times.
Taco Bell Cantina would definitely have less tourists in it than the High Line fwiw
the highline is def touristy no way around it and i’ve only been once, but i liked it, you get some good views. 1 time is enough though.
I always eat exclusively at McDonalds when in New York so I don’t seem touristy.
Hey Fancy remember when you thought I was a dude?
Went to Carbone last night. The rigatoni vodka was out of this world, but the rest was pretty standard Italian fare at that price point. Service was also fantastic.
Half the fun is all the free shit they give you at the beginning. Looking at you, grandma's bread
That bread was so good. I too appreciate those freebies at the beginning, it’s my favorite part of Il Mulino as well.
Il Mulino Greenwich tho
Hope everyone avoided getting affected by the power outage
There's a dude that drives down my block, windows down, on a regular basis going 5 mph bumping 'Reasonable Doubt' Jay-Z blaring and it is awesome.
Last minute trip - does Rezdora allow walk-ins (2 top)? And if so what time should I shoot for on a Saturday night? Would gladly eat at the bar.
$3-400/night budget. Leaning towards staying in midtown (close to shows, restaurants and museums? ). Any other options?
First time going so I don't mind being a tourist. Need some great dive and cunty bars as well.
