Lil man is going to Summer Smash this weekend in Bridgeview. Honestly glad he’s not driving into the city

 

He might still be in the parking lot to leave Summer Smash by the time Riot Fest comes around

I’m impressed so far with the city. Normally the government lets me down and show it is incompetent. Yet, for DNC week we have:
- Spotless, steam cleaned blue line cars
- I had trouble merging on the interstate yesterday because there were 6+ street sweepers making it look good (I’ve never seen them clean it!)
- The express lane wasn’t a construction mess today and some VIP vans were booking it using a police escort

Apparently we CAN do the basics!
