I’ve liked the new riff pours I’ve had.

 

Anyone ever try any of the Seelbachs stuff they bottle under their own name? They have 10 year coming out this week that sounds pretty interesting.

 

I haven’t but they did make it sound like a purchase. Maybe Keef knows or pperc

Everyone has been high on their releases, rickhouse proof AND the regular shelf stuff.

I’m trying to get him with a RHF and some cash.

 

It was all great, but I think the top 5 in no order were the Russell’s, the Rare Character Perfect Marriage, whoryno, and brook hill, and the Nashville Barrel Company. I’m sure I would feel differently on a different night. Hard to mix all of those together and those 5 are anything but subtle.

 

So what would you pay for the Camp Nelson?

You did find the first Single Rickhouse in Austin

 

I have a couple of them. One I overpaid for, because I grabbed it for a company event. The other I got as part of a bundle with RR13 and I want to say maybe $350. I probably wouldn’t go higher than $400. It is really fucking good though. Last night in particular it was even better than I remembered but it was also like my 15th pour.

 

how was the binders compared to the others?

 

Ah yes the old magical 15th pour, where everything magically has the same “banana laffy taffy” note.

I actually had the binders about 2 hours before, so not really fare to compare. I need to try it again with some oxidation.

So last week when I posted that 13th colony I ordered it, and then realized its not the one I wanted so asked for a refund. Well a few days later, the bottle arrived and my payment was refunded.

Well boys I have a first, ups has lost a bottle of kluke I was sending to a guy in North Carolina

 

I have had this with Keef and it shows up back at his house weeks later.

 

Did you file a claim?

 

Nope. I just waited. Do you have it tracked to a certain facility or does it actually say this is lost? If you do file a claim you need to find receipts for something around $100 since that is the max you can claim without insurance.

 

Yeah tracked all the way to Sylva, NC and then poof

 

does it still show it there? Take a screenshot of the tracking. It may have gone back to where you sent it from.

 

Hang on and I’ll post it. Yesterday it said out for delivery, and was never delivered. Now today it says on the way again, and the lady at the facility said it was definitely processed yesterday
