This is the appropriate end to the Brey era. He would need a cocktail on the bench in the finals to complete it.
Commits to Franklin, PSU does PSU things, by November he wants in and we tell him no because of some Jersey kid. Book it.
Getting a little loose with the term star, but cool. Always good to have a pipeline of alums in the coaching ranks
ok but for real, is this real? I have access to no sites. Get my cruiting news from you guys, Twitter, and podcasts
theregionsitter i am a king from a country in Africa and I have a ton of money but I do not have access to it right now. The only thing I need is 500 000$ to get accès to my billions. If you PayPal me that money I will PayPal you one of my billions in return.
People are saying he plays like mahomes. Which is funny to me and I won’t sweat it if nd do not get him. I understand that a high upside like this is something you want but at the same time this seems fishy, nobody saw him in person really. I think i don’t follow recruiting
He's 6'5", 235 with a huge arm that led a pretty mediocre program to some big wins in a highly competitive division of a great football state. He has all the traits of someone who can develop into a QB that can actually get us to the next level and if we whiff on him and Wimsatt, then Buchner will be our only hope at fielding a "next level" QB between 2021-2024 and he was last seen throwing balls into the dirt at a camp and hasn't played competitive football in almost two years. Pyne and Angeli are "just another guy" and their maximum ceiling is "a slightly worse Ian Book"
I jumped on the bandwagon when he was a 3* but the scouting report on him was that he was big arm talent, size, etc. I liked the idea if the off year qb (year in between big recruits) being big tools as opposed to another Rees/Book/Clarke/Pyne noodle arm accurate passer. From there his rankings went way up the last month and he got a ton of new offers
Allar says PSU, ND calls Wimsatt he says I’m waiting, Kelly says guess what Steve you can committ f us
