Yup, Spence will give him the smoke. Shawn will come to fight though, which will make it fun as long as it lasts.
I’ll be in Ann Arbor so was going to look to see if any bars are getting it. If not, will just order on iPad and watch at hotel.
If you don't have cable, can order it online and stream it: "If you want to watch the Gennady Golovkin vs. Canelo Alvarez grudge rematch on September 15, but have snipped the cord on your cable box, you will be OK. The promoters of the tango, which unfolds at the T-Mobile Arena, in Las Vegas, want to reach as many interested viewers as possible. “Yes, we did very well with online sales for the last fight because ‘GGG’ fans are a young demographic,” said Golovkin’s promoter Tom Loeffler. “Online sales will be available to be purchased through Sony PlayStation, Fite.tv, caneloggg.com and RingTV.com. We will make this fight as accessible as possible for people to purchase that don’t have cable or satellite subscriptions.”

HBO boxing in ruins. Showtime and now ESPN are just running up the score at this point. Sucks because I love Lampley and Kellerman.
I don't think we're far from HBO getting out of the boxing game completely. Was reading this morning that both Canelo and GGG's HBO deals are up after Saturday. They have matching rights, but have to wonder if they'd match a big offer from Showtime/FOX or DAZN. If they don't have Canelo, GGG or Kovalev, might as well close up shop.
Didn't they just announce a new content model where they were going to try to be the cable/satellite version of Netflix where they just puke up original content non-stop? Quantity>quality seems like a shitty idea.
go to uncles house order fight w/out him knowing leave call him just before fight and ask him to see if he has it on his tv or not act suprised
Atlas claiming GGG weighing 159.6 instead of 160 illustrates that he worked too hard (over trained) in the gym. 4 ounces. GMAFB also acting like he isn’t going to put on weight before the fight.

We’ve got boxing tonight. Scheduled to be on ESPN, but it just started on ESPN2 due to football. Really good main event. Jose Ramirez faces Antonio Orozco starting at 10 pm ET. Ramirez (22-0, 16 KO) will make the first defense of his WBC junior welterweight title in this bout, after beating Amir Imam for the vacant title on March 17. The 26-year-old former Olympian has turned into a reliable draw in Fresno, California, the city that hosts tonight’s bout, and an up-and-coming star for Top Rank. But he’s got a real challenge on his hands this evening against Orozco (27-0, 17 KO), a fighter who has been expected to do big things for a while now, only to get in his own way a couple times on the scales. But the 30-year-old contender is good to go for tonight, and is a real opponent in this matchup, not some pushover. The co-feature will be a 130-pound bout between Ramirez’s former Olympic teammate Jamel Herring (17-2, 10 KO), who is moving down from 135 and looking for a new lease on his career. He’ll face John Vincent Moralde (20-1, 10 KO) in a 10-round super featherweight fight.
Flores went down, got caught with a right on the temple. Gutierrez got a point taken for blows behind the head.
