slightly overpaid but he is a true box to box midfielder who will fit nicely into what yall are doing, reasonably physical but i do think hell take a bit of time to adjust. Think of a real poor mans steven gerrard in his prime (i use real poor man in his prime and not the current one because gerrard doesnt have the work rate he used to have)

 

I do think we overpaid a bit, but happy with the rest. Problem is, and I can't believe I'm saying this, is we need him to be a lot more like Darron Gibson than Steven Gerrard. What we are missing is depth at that "fulcrum" spot. Can he provide that at all?
