Agreed. They would have had to get someone to intentionally go offsides before the snap, I think. But I don't know how you can possibly make that happen when it's that loud in that situation.
that's asking a ton of the players in that situation, you're more likely to confuse your own defense while OSU is ready to snap if you're trying to get that instruction in from the sideline given the noise

I can kinda understand missing a DB, but when that dude looks over and realizes he’s now playing end, when he’s not supposed to be the end in that formation, coming off a timeout and not in a mad hurry up scramble, it’s so weird that they played it like they didn’t even notice.
