especially since they made the exact same argument to remove USC and UCLA from the board when they left for the Big first
they'll be under action to act in good faith as things proceed, which likely means a fair distribution of at least some revenue from this year but this prevents the other ten from raiding the coffers on the way out. the reality is those ten would rob WSU and OSU blind and leave them penniless if it was at all an option. they're lucky those two will be held by bylaws to act in good faith because lord knows the other ten didn't return the kindness in destroying the conference.
It is shitty to try to get out of paying an exit fee but blaming them for destroying a really poorly run conference to secure their own future elsewhere is misplaced blame. Oregon State and Washington State should get an equitable share of the revenue that allows them to secure their futures. The blame should be placed at the feet of Larry Scott and George Kilavkoff.
