I've sent them in in two pieces cracked down the nose part and they charged me 35 bucks. Send them in for sure
What do you want and what's your price range? There aren't going to be many online only retailers because most people want to at least see/try furniture in person before buying. So unless you're talking about boutique local stores, all the big retailers have an online presence and are as equally "gougey" as the brick and mortar stores you've been to. I've done the deep dive into furniture brands, quality, craftsmanship, been to the two big NC markets a few times, etc. and what's considered the Honda Accords of furniture, the Ethan Allen, Pottery Barn, Room & Board, West Elm, are still pretty fucking expensive in my book. There's really no online market efficiencies that have passed on savings to consumers. It's mostly Vietnamese shit marked up, or Vietnamese shit assembled in the US marked up even higher, or legit US made and stupid crazy expensive. Maybe take a look at custommade.com, if you find someone nearby you, you might be able to get a relatively better deal on some custom made furniture.
He's right. Even Restoration Hardware is marked up Asian shit. Despite knowing that, I've given way too much $ to Crate & Barrel. If you've got the time, you can actually find some decent custom shops on Etsy that'll make good furniture that won't kill your wallet and ship nationally.
I ran the poor kid at REI ragged for like 45 minutes fetching me various choices, but I finally settled on these as my new kicks for hiking. They feel awesome.
I feel you got Amish nearby and you're looking for wood (benches, bedroom suit, etc) a lot of their stuff is reasonable.
you should see them with my foot in them and as a bonus, when I got to the register it turned out that they went on sale at 40% off starting today and just hadn't been marked yet
Bonobos guys...a while back I saw there was a promo of 30% off or something like that for your first item purchased from them, is that a rare special they run? I've checked a few times since wanting to try out some of the dress pants but haven't found the deal in a while
I don't believe so... I think that's always the case for first time customers. Yeah those styles are pretty limited. I just picked up these 3 for 20% off they had on a washed chino sale they had this weekend.
Quick update on the jukebox for anyone who cares. Ended up flipping it to a guy in Myrtle Beach. He paid for shipping. Ended up with a nice profit nbd kbd. Arm wouldn't turn to play record, but he is going to get it fixed.
Hoping to find a projector to pair up with a smartphone/tablet. It'll be for the kids and their cousins when were at the cabin for a week. Hoping to spend less than a hunid. Suggestions?
Was going to wait until at least the fall until I made a new phone purchase to see what the new iPhones and Pixels would be like, but my Nexus 6P is having the early shutdown problem now so I had to go ahead and bite the bullet on the Galaxy S8. Luckily today they started a promo of a free $200 Virtual VISA Gift Card. Looks like the card can only be used for online purchases but I shop regularly on Amazon so no biggie there.
I take solace in the fact that I locked that pen before he commandeered it. The future tsa employee is most likely too dumb to figure out how to unlock it.
A coworker of mine used an iPad Pro for marking up drawings rather than on paper. I thought that was a pretty clever use but no way would I want to foot the bill for one.
Yeah it has uses like that, but for me personally I have things that tmb better, Netflix better, internet in general better, etc. So I just never use it.
I download shows on mine and watch them on trips. Also watch sports on it a ton when I want to watch multiple games or wife is using the big tv.
This is TMB, that's aggressive posting to question a hole in the cuntness. I'm awaiting replies as well.
