Rivers is my starting QB and I have Gates at TE, but I also have Vernon Davis who I've tried to shop out for trade value and who's been tearing it up and is going against the Bears. He's Alex Smith's #1 target in a spread offense and the Bears gave up 2 TDs to TEs last week and their defense is struggling. But then again if I bench one half of my QB-TE combo I may look like an idiot. Thoughts? Have to make this decision pretty quick since 49ers-Bears is tomorrow.
I'd go with Davis. I've got Gates and Celek and I've been trying to shop Gates but no one really wants him because he never fucking scores.
