Better than football!!!!!!!!!!!!! Actually like some of our non-American recruiting to Meatball Ron's wishes
Texas A&M (-21.5) vs. A&M-Commerce • Alabama (-22) vs. Morehead St. • Missouri (-23) vs. ARK-Pine Bluff • LSU (-24.5) vs. MISS Valley St. • Florida (-19) vs. Loyola MD • Ole Miss (-22.5) vs. Alabama St.
Looked through the non conference schedule last night. Bama with three straight Purdue, @ Creighton, Arizona in December . none at home + Ohio St, Clemson, and Liberty
Vols: @ Wisc Cuse in Maui Purdue or Gonzaga in Maui Hopefully not Chaminade in Maui @ UNC Illinois NC State
Nate likes a tough schedule. I think he kind of views it as a win/win. Losing is not going to kill us in the API and a win is obviously huge for not only seeding in March but confidence early in the year. It's worked so far.
Learned absolutely nothing about Mizzou last night. Took care of business. Gates played so many guys. Mizzou has 15 scholarship type players plus walk ons. Certainly a few are on an NIL scholarship and officially walk ons. Apparently you can only dress/have 15 players on the score sheet that are eligible to play each night. Probably means no walk ons will get garbage time 3s this year :( Looking forward to friday night's game against Memphis. Early test for the good guys.
how is that legal? If they were recruited athletes wouldn’t that still count as a scholarship player?
No clue. I know there's a technical definition of a 'recruited athlete' but unsure how it works w NIL and scholarships
Tough loss but we looked okay. I havent looked at any numbers but it seemed like our rebounding was bad
He was more frustrated by stupid fouls from players, not the refs. There were several times he was screaming why at the player when you know the refs are calling it tight.
