Do you do fossil stuff?

 

I buy old coins from History Hoard. They have a sister site called Fossil Hoard with some neat looking stuff.

 

I’ve got a megalodon tooth from the St John’s River. I always keep my eyes peeled for arrowheads, sharks teeth, etc. while working. Stuff adds up over the years.

 

Late Pleistocene stuff is just in the beginning stages of fossilization so kinda. But yeah have recovered hundreds of thousands of bones from that era.

 

Where do you keep hundreds of thousands of bones? That seems pretty space consuming

 

Where’s the guy who ripped a card with a fossil in it?

Is selling cheaper rookie cards dead now? Especially on Facebook and Twitter? I’m trying to move lots of lower end football rookies and no one is evening giving them a sniff. Is everyone just after the sp or ssp, autos or case hits? Just don’t want to enter them all individually on eBay and pay their fees? What else can I do with a bunch a $1-$20 cards?

 

A lot of lower end rookies I'll throw in to a medium size USPS box with a fuck ton of base and auction it off.

 

Where do you that? I’m just looking to sell them and get rid of them not looking to profit.

 

eBay. Shipping is obviously the cost to ship a medium flat rate box and everything else is profit.

 

Any tips on how to sell a box like that. I packed it up and took pictures of them, I have a little over 150 decent rookies and was think of asking $200. There is lots of color and QBs

I was always just put it up for auction, took pictures of the decent stuff, and made sure I listed in the description that the box wasn't going to get you rich. If you really want $200 for it you could go to the buy/sell/trade section of the Blowout Cards forum and list it there before you take it to eBay.

100%. We've put bison and mammoths together (always a bit of an amalgamation).

 

Probably my favorite find. Absolutely pristine teeth and the best example of the next set being formed in the back of the jaw. Much like humans having 2 sets of teeth, mammoths, and elephants, have 6 sets of teeth.

 

My panini redemption of a 2022 Donruss 1988 Signature Wander Franco just hit its second time threshold. Feeling like I might should just go ahead and ask for a replacement?
