Misread your other post. Here is one like the one you have https://www.ebay.com/itm/3950319096...5znrkg8sgm&var=&widget_ver=artemis&media=COPY
It’s numbered 23/25 and the border is red. Yup. That’s the one. Thanks for the find. I’ll have to show him the listing when he wakes up.
I’m a sucker for Stadium Club. But can’t decide if I want to rip some blasters or buy a compact box. Not sure it’s worth chasing a guaranteed auto since the auto list is so long.
Bought in for Mertz cards and ended up with 1 of those. but also 2 base Rising autos, an rising patch auto, and a elements auto /25
Do ebay buyers messaging you telling you you've overpriced your card they want ever work for them? Especially when they tell you "it's only worth" an amount quite a bit less than it's ever sold for because that's what guys at card shows told him it's worth Think I'm just going to ignore instead of engaging
I wish you could leave feedback on people who message and/or win an auction then say they did so on accident. Shit is infuriating.
I mean my card was slightly overpriced, it had been constantly selling for $500 range but two months ago one randomly sold for $320 I think, over $100 less than any prior sale. It's a /50 card so not a ton of sales. But since then a /99 version in a SGC 9.5 went for $625 making me think the $320 was an outlier. But even if he told me one sold for $320, I'd accept that as a valid offer. Guy comes in and tells me "what's your best offer, realistically it's a $200 maybe $300 card." Fuck off
I sold a Kenny Pickett optic rookie auto for $612 and I had multiple guys messaging me accusing me of running a sham auction. Why would someone pay that much for that card? I have no idea but I certainly wasn’t rigging the auction or whatever.
Had a slabbed card up for a few months. Card was never worth more than $100. Listed it as a PSA 10 pop 1 (which it was at the time). Forgot about it because it wasn’t getting much interest but some guy had to pop in to let me know it was now a pop 3. Had no interest in buying it, just had to police a 100% feedback seller. buddy, find some better ways to spend your time
Went to LCS to grab a box of Donruss basketball (they didn't have any). Grabbed $70 worth of loose packs from the counter. If any Braves fan's want to work a trade for it, lmk.
I don't know why some people can see pics I post, and others can't. I assume it's because I'm an idiot.
I saw it initially then it went away. SCC has not been released yet, right? this is just a chrome version within SC?
Disclaimer: I have no clue about card markets but I always enjoy following this thread. That being said, Fidelio Prentice could potentially make some noise next year. One of the faster guys on the team, and as The Blackfish said, he’s flashed. Kind of do or die time for him, but I wouldn’t be surprised if he put up 600-700 yards and half a dozen TDs next year.
Two more today and a better picture I want to collect all Lions rookies of these, but the price of the Hooker is insane considering he may never play here
QB prices are nuts Lions have two OROY finalists. Both at skill positions. Both taken top 34 picks in draft. Both their cracked ice blue /99 prizm selling between $140-160. Hendon Hooker was a 3rd rd pick who is 26 already and the way Goff played this year may never see the field here as a starter. His blue ice prizm....all sold within range of $192 to as high as $350
That's the big reason I don't really rip football, or PC many players. The only thing that matters is QB RCs, and those only matter until next year's rookie QBs
You could always message people selling hooker on eBay telling them it’s a $80 card but you’ll pay $100 out of the goodness of your heart
I have a Kobe Bryant Fleer ultra rookie, anyone know how picky they are with older cards at PSA? To my eyes it looks to be a 9 at worst but I see if it mints its a $1200 card. Jkrod you might be getting another card in the mail to look at.
My neighbor when I was like 15 gave me all his old cards. They sat in a large cardboard box for 10 years after that with not even a penny sleeve. Went through them again last year and found a Kobe collector choice rookie that looked pretty good. Sent it in and got a 9. Think they may be strict about 10s, but I think 9s less so.
I sent in 20 Kobe rookies, got 5 or 6 9s. Sent in 4 Tim Duncan rookies, 3 10s…. Seems impossible to get a Kobe 10
Very picky. A conspiracy theorist may even go as far as to say they're controlling the population on older cards. It always feels like cards produced in the 90s and 00s are held to a different standard compared to ultra-modern stuff.
Anyone ever had this situation. Sold a Joe burrow card for like $4, sent eBay standard envelope. Buyer messaged saying card hasn’t arrived, I get that, we had some terrible weather and it was even taking days for mail to just get across town. Messaged the buyer multiple times saying if he doesn’t receive card by Friday night I will refund his money. He went radio silent the entire week. He hasn’t closed his request or done anything else since the original message. Is he hoping to get a refund and keep the card if he did get it? I guess I’m fine just refunding his money to be done with it but I hate it shady people getting the best of both worlds.
I have an exact same situation going on. Told the buyer to reach out to me this week if it hasn’t shown up and I’ll refund. Haven’t heard anything so I’m letting it go for now
Hard to see the edges but maybe a few rough spots but then the color almost looks like it’s part of picture
Also when does stadium club chrome come out? My quick searches just show me stadium club, no mention of chrome
