My favorite moment this season was Jeff stabbing the rice bag for them to hurry up and decide. That was great and no one saw it coming.
What are the non Reba folks thinking. Austin or Mama J going to win. Maybe Dee if she can win a couple of challenges or orchestrate a big move. I don’t see Drew winning challenges or the jury.
I think Dee can win too. Drew is the only one of the four that wont get any votes imo. Katura is playing so poorly. It's unreal. Also why Emily was smart to just go for Bruce. Trying to coordinate Katura, Bruce and Jake is like wrangling cats. Buuuut - she needs to pick off one of Reba next week. Looks like the Reba are starting to think about turning on each other. I think Emily is in decent shape.
Agreed re: Katura. I honestly felt for Jake when he was having his breakdown at the beach. He's been trying to play seemingly for days but the majority of those not in Reba played or are playing like total bafoons. I think he's held on long enough to give him a shot if he can orchestrate something w/Emily next week but it's gotta be incredibly frustrating when you have the number to damage an alliance but people like Kellie, Kendra, Katura, Bruce, and even Emily (though she's now realizing where she stands with Austin and Drew) are content sitting on their hands and not being aggressive to break up the strongest group.
The non-Reba alliance is playing like dummies I agree. Katurah’s entire gameplay being based on not liking Bruce is just ridiculous. But it’s past time for someone like Julie to break off and partner with Bruce, Jake, etc to get Drew out. Austin is just cruising. also Drew was an ass to make fun of my guy Jake’s accent. Don’t be an asshole dude
It was pretty funny how he reacted to Jake throwing his name out there when he had done the same to Jake as if Jake somehow owed him something in the game. Get off your high horse moron, you aren't some white knight who saved Jake. Drew has gone from meh to unlikeable the past few episodes but thats probably a biased take because I like Jake.
It’s so odd watching this and knowing this is season 45 and people just play this dumb. I don’t know how Ketura is this bad. Bruce being annoying has just provided so much shields to the majority alliance that people just allowed themselves to get played consistently. Emily I think had a chance to vote Julie but in her defense, having to rely on Bruce and Ketura would be hard.
Drew is definitely lacking in social intelligence. You could tell how uncomfortable he was just hanging w the dudes. The little interaction w Jake. And the exaggerated celebration when Bruce got voted out. Dude was first pumping like he hit a buzzer beater from half court
Drew has been somewhat interesting to me and has basically seen (understood most votes) the game and been able to help orchestrate a lot until last night. I hope he gets blindsided.
He has been unlikeable for me since his first confessional minutes into episode one, in which he claimed to be the smartest Survivor contestant ever
I think in general games with a majority younger crowd like this are much less tactical. They’re more likely to group for safety and ride it out as long as possible. It’s clear some of them have really bad social games and the people that did got sent packing early because of it. I think it’s so funny about Bruce. He’s an awful player. Like so so so bad. Cookie cutter barabian in DnD. Emily is operating from a position of strength because she’s got hands in both jars.
It’s not younger, they heard the complaints about too many superfans and have fixed it. Maybe it’s not considered as “good” of survivor play but it’s far more interesting. I miss when they used to vote people off for being super fans.
Which is why his frat boy/nerd story in the beginning felt forced as hell. Dude is riding Austin’s coattails to a possible top 4.
I don't get this season at all. Typically, known couples are easy vote. Kendra and Emily talked about Dee and Austin being an item. Everyone lets them vote as a par. Austin having two idols should be a significant red flag to everyone. He's yet to get a single vote. Bruces game plan would have worked if he hadn't told the one person on the island who has wanted him out since day 2. Just a moronic move to think she wouldn't spill her guts. I'm not that impressed by Emily’s blindside of Bruce. It's awesome that you sent him home with an idol in his pocket, but ultimately he wasn't popular socially and I've noticed in recent survivor seasons that racking up challenge wins doesn't matter that much to the jury. At this point, I could see Jake slipping into the fold. It makes no sense to vote him out if you are one of the Reba tribe members not named Dee or Austin.
What votes has Drew orchestrated on his own? The only person from Reba that can really claim a blindside imo is Dee on Kendra. Also some of this is just pure dumb luck because the other folks lack any strategic gameplay.
It hasn’t made sense to vote Jake or Bruce for a while now. It’s why I don’t understand Emily not flipping the Reba alliance last night. Bruce, Jake and Ketura wouldn’t be getting votes at the final
I think he was instrumental in getting Kelli. But also I guess what I mean by seeing the game, he as been able to really fortify things with the Reba tribe with Austin to get Emily to vote with them when they had the tribe shake up. I am not saying I like him or think he should win, I think he has been fine until last night, now I really don’t care for him.
That was pretty satisfying. Rooting for Emily to make the final three and hopefully propose to her decade long boyfriend.
Bro’ ing out scene was great Jake dropping a guys being dudes line, drew flexing, and Austin talking about Bacon being good but not amazing was cracking me up

Emily built up his safety pretty good. Certainly not the first to go home with an idol in his pocket but definitely one of the more satisfying. To Bruce's credit, at least he didn't cut his head open this season.

Yeah when you have as many super fans as this cast it is bizarre seeing some of these decisions. The Reba 4 totally slipping by, Austin/Dee clearly in love and Austin with 2 idols. I think Emily sees it but she just didn’t think it was possible to orchestrate anything with Bruce/jake/katurah who are all horrible brain dead players. Bruce has been great at the challenges and with an idol they probably did need to make a move on him but Jake should be in the finals nobody is voting for him
Hell Bruce could have been in the finals as well. The Austin/Dee situationship is so obvious that it's weird that some of the people on the outside are cracking jokes (Katurah) about it while not willing to break it apart. Emily got a spoonful of we aren't voting out Dee and instead, she orchestrated a move to get out Bruce.
He should make the final but I have no clue how he convinces anyone to vote for him. Pretty weird episode. Nobody came out looking great but I do think Drew is the front runner. Julie is obviously likable but surviving bc someone gave you an idol and you kept it isn’t the best argument. I can’t see Dee/Austin rallying the final numbers to win unless one of them turns on the other. Katurah getting the winners edit.

Hell she should have sent Dee home after she bluntly told her he’s her real #1. This season has to be an all timer for dumbest long term moves.
