pretty accurate for me as well.
Hell House LLC was solid. Not as good as Houses October Built though
HH2 is pretty bad. Didn't make it 15 mins in
I thought it was decent. The TV panel part is a bit dumb though
I need to find it, but there is another found footage movie probably 15-20 years old where they go investigate an old antebellum home. I remember being really surprised by it and liking it. May not be as good as a remember, but I would like to find it again.
Gonna check out Lake Mungo today
One of the podcasts I listen to had a a dude who had this as his number 1 for the year it came out or some similar metric. I had never even heard of it. I'm curious.
very good but cerebral so in my experience people like it or don't
Watched Lake Mungo today and was not a fan.
Just started up The Night Eats the World
The Night Eats the World was ok
Currently watching It Follows.
Well that was certainly a unique one. 8/10
Just started The Descent.
The most nerve shredding movie I've ever watched
I just got to the part where the cave starts collapsing in that tiny little tunnel they go through. Around the 35ish minute
I am not a fan of this big gap they have to traverse with the rope like around the 40 minute mark. Pretty sure I’d just die if faced this situation.
The Descent was decent. Just finished up The Hole in the GRound. I rate both 7/10
I very much liked Creep. That's one hell of a movie.
My found footage binge continues. Just finished Willow Creek and now watching Lake Mungo
I read that as 2 trick 2 treat and now I want a shirt that says that
Saw lake Mungo a whole back. Thought it was a good twist on the found footage style.
Just finished Willow Creek, like how it mostly relied on audio to present the horror.
Overall it was meh, but the tent scene was pretty good.
Yeah but what can you really expect from a Bobcat Goldthwait movie?
Just finished the descent. That one got me feeling very anxious
Got linked to this today an just finished. Pretty good Friday the 13th slasher. I think it being fan made adds to the enjoyment. Nice cameo at the end too.
Decided to fire up Paranormal Activity before I go to bed so clearly I hate myself.
Its been so long since I’ve seen it. Probably need to rewatch
Same why I decided to watch it again. I remembered it being great
I remember thinking it was so so, but maybe I’ll like it better this time around
Also need to watch It Follows again. I fell
Asleep the only time I tried a few years back
had this one pop up in my recommendations the other day, guessing it's the same people, just came out
love It Follows, watched it again the other day
Watching The House that Jack Built. Not horror per se but it works.
Good movie imo.
This one surprised me a good way. Also laughed out loud a few times during It. I liked it
Cannibal Holocaust on the tap tonight
Watched The Craft last night. Been awhile since I've seen it. Still entertaining!
What’s great about horror movies is they can be cheesy and still be great. Especially 80s and 90s horror
Cannibal Holocaust was a fucked up movie man.
Jacob’s Ladder is good if anyone hasn’t seen it yet.
the original? I liked it: isn’t there a remake?
It's good if you like found footage and murder and body mutilation that was so graphic that the Italian government put the director on trail for numerous counts of homicide.
They arrested the crew in the airport. The government had to get proof the people were actually alive.
Salo is a fucked up movie too. You all should watch it.
I could not finish it. I had to turn it off when I nearly vomited.
Italy has more than its fair share of fucked up horror writers/directors
after reading the last couple of pages and scrolling through my streaming services I have decided to give Houses October Built a go, wish me luck
Just watched The Sacrament. Based on the Jonestown Massacre.
It was decent. Kinda knew what was going to happen given it was based on Jonestown, so that kind of diminishes it.
The Taking of Deborah Logan was wild.
